Entering a sacred space


Anna and Henry celebrated their wedding ceremony in a more traditional fashion at the Cathedral Basilica in St. Augustine, Florida. Upon walking into the building, you notice a stark contrast to the sunny, waterfront. Within those chapel doors, ee were surrounded by stunning stained-glass art, religious statues and relics; just mesmerizing structures. It simply felt sacred.


As I sat through the mass, I couldn't help but notice, how the sun peaked through those high glass windows just barely offering a haze of light over the pews. As we move towards more modern times and modern weddings, it's refreshing to be in the presence of a church like the Cathedral Basilica.
